The Affordable Screen Printing and Embroidery Satisfaction Guarantee

A 70% Deposit is required prior to us starting on your order.

Once items have been ordered, the customer MAY NOT cancel their order unless they are willing to pay the 60% cancellation fee.

Customers may however, cancel within 24 hours without a fee being applied.

Quotations given are valid for thirty (30) days.

Items provided by customers will be checked upon placing order. Items bought in damaged will not be replaced by Affordable Screen Printing & Embroidery.

Items can be added to order within 4-5 business days before the order is due.

Our normal turn around time is 7-14 business days. We however offer a Rush/Premium service for turn around within five (5) business days. Fee is dependent on the extent of the job but may not exceed $110.00.

We stand behind the quality of our products and services. Any issue with completed jobs must be reported within 1 business day and may not be returned after two (2) business days: we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Finished jobs should be picked up within ten (10) days or a storage fee may apply.
